Adhesives for tube winding

Free drying dextrin adhesives is based on tapioca dextrin and mainly used for industrial cores, such as paper mill cores, film cores and metal foil or plate cores. The cores with this type of glue would be lower moisture, higher strength and better straightness. This type of adhesives is cold soluble and can be supplied in powder form. 

PVA adhesives is based on polyvinyl alcohol and mainly used for industrial cores and textile cores. The cores with PVA glue have strong resistance to high temperature and moisture. This type of glue can be supplied in powder form and liquid form. 

Prepared adhesives combine the characters of dextrin glue and PVA glue, which can be supplied in powder form and mixed with normal cooling water, and the cores with this type of glue have strong resistance to high temperature and moisture.
