Prepared adhesives

Prepared adhesives combine the characters of dextrin glue and PVA glue, which can be supplied in powder form and mixed with normal cooling water, and the cores with this type of glue have strong resistance to high temperature and moisture.

Characters:

- Combined with the characters of both dextrin glue and PVA glue

- Resistance to high moisture and temperature

- The cores can be sent to the chamber for drying in short time after produced

- Supply in powder form: reducing the transportation cost and easy for mixing

- Cold soluble: can be mixed with normal water on spot and no need cooking

- High flowability which is helpful to increase the running speed of the tube winding machine

- Fast initial bonding

- Suitable for single sided or double-sided glue application system

- Method of application and the specs of the cores are similar with PVA glue

- Dry Solids: around 22 – 25% (1 ton of glue powder can be mixed with 3 – 3.5 tons of water)
