Free drying dextrin adhesives

Free drying dextrin adhesives is based on tapioca dextrin and mainly used for industrial cores, such as paper mill cores, film cores and metal foil or plate cores. The cores with this type of glue would be lower moisture, higher strength and better straightness. This type of adhesives is cold soluble and can be supplied in powder form. 

- High solids around 58 (1 ton of glue powder can be mixed with 700 – 750 kg of water)

- Powder form: cold soluble, can be mixed with normal cooling water on spot, easy in use and reducing the transportation cost

- Fast initial bonding

- Increasing the core strength around 10 – 15% than with normal PVA glue

- Free drying, or reducing the drying time significantly 

- High flowability which is helpful to increase the running speed of the winding machine
